Unrelatedly, When Citgo runs a commercial saying they’ve given $100 million for socially concious development does that amount include Chavez’ petrodollar diplomacy?

Edit: While I don’t particularly care about this, Michelle Malkin is pulling a Greta Van Sustren and making this her lead story. *sigh* Her women’s intuition blogger sense thinks there’s something fishy about this. This isn’t that fishy, who would hide gold dubloons in Pittsburgh?
